Anne Morris and Associates, LLC was formed to provide our clients with NEPA, public involvement, environmental justice, limited English proficiency, and community impact assessment services, and training in these areas. Our staff has authored or contributed to environmental documents for US DOT (FHWA, FTA, and FAA) and US DOJ (Federal Bureau of Prisons) projects located in 16 states and the District of Columbia.
Four of our projects have been recognized by the Federal Highway Administration as best practices and others have been presented at more than 75 local, state, and national conferences. In addition, staff has designed training tailored to clients’ needs and delivered this training to employees from more than 10 state DOTs and more than 50 MPOs.
Staff has authored or co-authored publications for FHWA and the National Cooperative Highway Research Program on effective public involvement, engaging low-literacy and limited English proficiency populations, and involving traditionally underserved populations in transportation decision making. These publications highlight our abilities to collect and interpret data, and design and implement plans and strategies to reach and engage communities.
Also, staff has been instrumental in designing web-based courses on public involvement and environmental justice, as well as the instructor-led environmental justice analysis course.
We welcome the opportunity to talk with you about opportunities to serve you.
