Anne Morris and Associates, LLC was formed to provide our clients with NEPA, public involvement, environmental justice, limited English proficiency, and community impact assessment services, and training in these areas. Since 2000, five of our projects have been recognized by the Federal Highway Administration and others have been presented at more than 75 local, state, and national conferences. In addition, staff has designed training tailored to clients’ needs and delivered this training to employees from more than 30 state DOTs and MPOs.

Since 2006, staff has authored or co-authored publications for FHWA and the National Cooperative Highway Research Program on effective public involvement, engaging low-literacy and limited English proficiency populations, and involving traditionally underserved populations in transportation decision making. These publications highlight our abilities to collect and interpret data, and design and implement plans and strategies to reach and engage communities.

We welcome the opportunity to talk with you about opportunities to serve you.
